Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Life Insurance Agent at World Class Financial Agency. The Life Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, explain policy options, and recommend suitable life insurance products. Daily tasks include conducting virtual consultations, preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, complying with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with the team to share insights and best practices. Agents are expected to manage their schedules responsibly, meet performance goals, and use digital tools to communicate with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to explain complex products clearly and ethically is beneficial but not required.

• Knowledge of Insurance and basic Finance principles to assess coverage needs and support sound financial decisions is beneficial but not required.

• Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication in virtual settings.

• Relevant state life insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

• Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and proficiency in online communication and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage part-time hours effectively while meeting sales and service targets.

• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is beneficial but not required.
