As the operational backbone of the legal team, the full-time remote Legal Operations Manager will manage legal workflows, optimize technology platforms, and drive process improvements while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance legal operations. Key responsibilities Serve as the central intake point for all legal team requests, managing triage and prioritization Build and continuously improve legal workflows, standard operating procedures, and templates Administer and optimize legal technology platforms, ensuring alignment with the team's evolving needs Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, or similar role within an in-house legal department or law firm Strong project management skills with a proven ability to track timelines and follow through independently Experience building or improving legal processes and workflows Familiarity with commercial contract terms and the ability to apply contracting playbooks Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple concurrent matters and shifting priorities
