Child, Family and School Social Workers | $90/hr Remote | Mercor Organization: Mercor (referral partner of Crossing Hurdles) Position: Child, Family, and School Social Workers Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $50–$90 per hour (based on skills and experience) Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours per week, flexible and asynchronous Duration: Project‑based (3–4 weeks initially, potential extension) Role Responsibilities: Use your professional experience as a Child, Family, and School Social Worker to design questions related to social work practices, case management, and family support. Collaborate with AI teams to ensure the questions accurately reflect real‑world challenges and best practices in social work. Review and assess AI‑generated content to ensure it aligns with social work standards and delivers practical insights for professionals. Support the AI model in learning about child welfare, family dynamics, crisis intervention, and social services. Ideal Qualifications: Strong full‑time work experience as a Child, Family, and School Social Worker. Expertise in child welfare, family services, and school‑based social work.
