Yaft Law is a brand-new Colorado law firm that specializes in business law, construction, and real estate. Yaft Law is growing quickly and is hiring an attorney to assist with the expansion. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Attorney located in Colorado. This role is perfect for someone who wants flexibility in their schedule and a rewarding position that is less focused on billables and more on client satisfaction and work-life balance. The Attorney will be responsible for drafting and revising business contracts and real estate purchase agreements, conducting legal research, and handling contract and real estate disputes.
